Patna: RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has been released from jail on bail after three years. He has been discharged from AIIMS in Delhi and has now shifted to Misa Bharti's house. Lalu is said to be kept under the supervision of doctors for a few days in view of his health. Lalu, who was discharged on Friday, was granted bail by the high court on April 17. But due to the growing corunofation of the corona, they have been released 12 days late.

On April 17, Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh ruled on Lalu's bail. Since that order, Lalu Yadav's way out of jail had become clear and the enthusiasm of the party workers was also being created. Earlier, Lalu's lawyer had said that he would be released only on April 19, but in the Jharkhand State Bar Council meeting held on April 18, it was decided that no advocate would come to the court for a few days, which delayed Lalu's release.

But in the last few days, all the conditions of Lalu's bail had been fulfilled and only one order was awaited. Now that order has been issued and Lalu has been released after a full three years. The RJD chief must have been granted bail, but some conditions have also been laid down by the court. It is learnt that Lalu will not change his mobile number during bail but his home address should not be changed. In addition to all this, Lalu's passport will also remain with the court and he cannot travel outside the country without permission. Tell us that lalu was admitted to Delhi AIIMS and Ranchi RIMS for more than half the time instead of jail and has recovered as soon as he was granted bail and shifted to his daughter's house.
