Lucknow: Recently, the case of going out of the commercial court premises is catching on. The lawyers did not do judicial work on Monday. Demonstrated at the District Magistrate's Office. Said that the Commercial Court is being shifted to the disputed place. On Tuesday, advocates from 22 districts associated with the Central Conflict Committee will be on strike. Members of the Meerut Bar Association on Monday were judicial in compliance with the resolution passed in the Central Conflict Committee meeting held in Bulandshahr. A large number of lawyers reached the District Magistrate's Office shouting slogans under the leadership of Meerut Bar Association President Mangaram and General Secretary Naresh Dutt Sharma. The lawyers put their demand before the District Magistrate Anil Dhingra.
According to the information received from the sources, after discussing this issue for a long time, the lawyers warned that until our demand is not met, they will sit here on dharna. On which the District Magistrate said that the decision to shift the Commercial Court is of the Establishment Committee, not mine. At the same time, the lawyers said that the property on which this court is being shifted in Shastri Nagar is disputed and his case is still pending in the court. After which the District Magistrate called the bar officials at his office at 10 am Tuesday and called for a meeting.
Meerut Bar Association General Secretary Naresh Dutt Sharma told that he also talked to the District Judge with the Bar President Mangaram in this matter. Told that the matter of this building is under consideration in the court of Judge Khafifa. Advocates like MP Sharma, Ajay Tyagi, Gajendra Singh Dhama, Ashok Sharma, Gajendrapal, Udayveer Rana, DD Sharma, Rajendra Jani, Anil Jangala, Sanjay Sharma, Ankur Sharma etc. were present in the protest demonstration.
