New Delhi: Today, November 2, at 7:00 pm. As of local time, the Huawei Pocket S is set to debut in China (4:30 p.m.). Live images and detailed specifications of the foldable smartphone have been leaked online a few hours before its official launch.
The Huawei Pocket S is expected to include a 120Hz refresh rate display. A Snapdragon 778G 4G SoC along with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage is said to be the power source of the device.
There could be six different color options for the Huawei Pocket S, which is said to house a 4,000mAh battery with 40W fast charging support.

The renders and specifications of the Huawei Pocket S have been leaked by several users, including well-known tipster WhyLab, on Chinese microblogging site Weibo.
The six colors of the foldable phone are Cherry Pink, Frost Silver, Ice Crystal Blue, Mint Green, Primrose Gold and Obsidian Black, as shown in the rendering.
The hole-punch display of the clamshell phone is visible. The renders additionally show a dual rear camera unit set up in circular camera islands.
Huawei Pocket S Specifications
As per the leak, the Huawei Pocket S packs a 6.9-inch foldable OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and runs on HarmonyOS 3. It is said to include a 1.04-inch secondary outer display with a resolution of 340 by 340 pixels.

A Snapdragon 778G SoC could be powering the Huawei Pocket S. It is rumored to be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configurations.
On the back of the Pocket S, Huawei is speculated to include a dual camera system with a 40-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
It can also have a 10.7 megapixel selfie camera. The 4,000mAh battery that powers the Huawei Pocket S is expected to support 40W fast charging.

Today at 7:00 PM local time, the Huawei Pocket S will be released in China (4:30 PM IST). It is speculated to be a smaller version of the Huawei P50 Pocket that is powered by the Snapdragon 888.
