He is also running 20 schools and 1 hospital. 97-year-old Dharampal Gulati still promotes his products on his own.

He returned to India after the partition of the country in 1947. Then he had just Rs 1,500. Coming to India, he started running a tonga for the upbringing of the family. Then soon his family got so much money that he opened a spice shop on Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi. The spice business slowly expanded from this shop so much that today they have 18 factories together in India and Dubai, where the spice is made and it is exported all over the world.
