Indian Railways is now planning to take on flight  in terms of service. For this, a service like air hostess  is set to be provided on the lines of flights in premium trains. Not only that, the Railways is also going to provide home-like food to the people in these trains. According to the report, a senior indian railway official has been quoted as saying that train hostess service is going to start in premium trains soon. According to reports, the service will be available in premium trains like Vande Bharat Express , Gatiman Express and Tejas Express. This service will not be available in long distance premium trains like Rajdhani Express and Duronto Express.

Men will also become train hostesses:- Women will not be restored as train hostesses only. The crew will also have male members. These train hostesses will serve only during the day. They will not be put on duty at night. According to the officer, these hostesses will be professionals just as air hostesses on flights. For this, all train hostesses will be trained by the Railways.

Train hostesses: Indian Railways is working on a number of reforms to attract more people. The train hostess service is part of these efforts. These hostesses will take passengers to seats, serve tea to food and listen to people's grievances besides welcoming them during train journeys.

Passengers to get home-like food:- In addition, Railways have also taken measures to improve the quality of food received by people in premium trains. Onboard cooking was stopped due to corona, which is being resumed. Now people in these trains will get fresh food instead of packaged food.
