New Delhi: The situation in the country continues to be grim due to corona infection. Corona cases are moving fast. The total number of positive cases in India has come to 1,69,60,172 after 3,49,691 new corona cases came up in the last 24 hours.  The total number of deaths after 2,767 new deaths has gone up to 1,92,311. The total number of active cases in the country is 26,82,751 and the total number of discharged cases is 1,40,85,110.

Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday said that the state will get 4 remdesivir from the Centre in the period April 21 to 30. 35 lakh vials (small vials) will be received. Thackeray has expressed gratitude to PM Narendra Modi for accepting the state's demand to increase supply. The CM said, "Current supply 2. There were 69 lakh vials which were increased to 4. 35 lakhs have been paid".

At the same time, 25,36,612 coronavirus vaccines were administered in the country in the last 24 hours, followed by a total immunization figure of 14,09,16,417. Many hospitals in Delhi are still facing a shortage of oxygen. LNJP hospital has only two hours of oxygen left. There are 1100 patients admitted to this hospital. The lives of many patients seem to be in danger. Pentamed Hospital in Model Town area also has oxygen till 11 am.
