Lockdown has become structured in many measures, especially as GACHMC has completed 6 major projects during the lockdown. All of these started in early May this year and with the launch of the first level flyover at the biodiversity junction in a few months. Five more structures have been opened for traffic in the city. Despite the lockdown and the challenges it faced, greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has started six constructions built under the Strategic Road Development Programme (SRDP) till this year.

It is worth noting that these six structures were taken up at a cost of around Rs 440 crore and the next under SRDP is Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) Balanagar Flyover and GACHMC's Road Over Bridge and Road Underbridge Structures Hitek City MMTS Station and Kaitlapur.

However, it should be noted that the Balanagar flyover work will be completed by November and the work for Rob and Rub will be completed by March next year. When things hit the accelerator in March, the lockdown was imposed due to the epidemic, which had a cascading effect on the work. Everything from the availability of the labor force to the supply of materials is challenging. The state government also provided all support to complete and complete the work.
