Yadanala Srinivas (34) was killed in Kambhalapalli village in Mahabubabad district. Srinivas was working in his field when he was lightning. He has a wife and two children.
The state was hit by rains last week, killing 50 people, destroying thousands of acres of crops, hundreds of houses and infrastructure damaged. The meteorologist warned that traffic would be disrupted, heavy water-logging and sinking in crops and inland areas.
