Unnao Case: Driver and Cleaner On 1-Day Transit Remand, Taking Delhi |

Lucknow: The CBI, probing the serious injury to the Unnao rape victim in a road accident in Rae Bareli, had sought transit remand from the truck driver and cleaner's court. In Lucknow, the CBI court has allowed the investigation team to remand the transit for one day. According to the information, the CBI will now bring the two to Delhi and present them before the court and interrogate them.

According to information, the CBI is bringing both the cases due to the Delhi shift. The driver and cleaner of the truck that hit the car of the Unnao rape victim was produced before the CBI court in Lucknow today. Driver Ashish Pal and cleaner Mohan were brought to the CBI court under tight security. The CBI is said to have sought permission from the CBI court for questioning of the other accused after bringing them to Delhi.

The CBI has registered an FIR against 10 nominated and 15-20 unidentified persons on the complaint of the victim's uncle on Tuesday. In the CBI FIR, MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his brother Manoj from Bangaramu have been booked in 4 sections.
