This citation was also uploaded on Facebook by AIIMS Rishikesh director and former KGMU VC Ravikant. In view of the seriousness of the matter, an FIR has been lodged and action taken in this regard. Police officials are currently refraining from saying anything about the high profile case involving the powerful minister.

At present, there is no nominee in the FIR.
