Betul: A unique temple of Adi Shakti Maa Bhagwati is located in Betul district of Madhya Pradesh, where Maa Bhagwati changes form three times a day. The temple of Maa Renuka, located in the village of Chawal, 40 km from the district headquarters, is the center of the faith of the devotees. The history of the temple is being told about 450 years old. This temple built on a small hill has a unique statue of mother Renuka.

It is believed that the Goddess changes three forms in a day in the temple located here. In the village of Chawal, 10 km away from Amla block, this dham of mother is also known as Chawal. According to local belief, the statue of mother Renuka appears in three forms from morning till evening. Mother Renuka is seen in the form of a little girl in the morning, in the afternoon, the face of the mother increases.

In the evening, mother Renuka Mamatamayi appears as gentle compassion. According to the stories, this temple built on the hill is about 450 years old. The idol of mother Renuka installed in the temple was revealed from here. Since the beginning of the temple, only the Goswami family has been worshipping here. This is the fifth generation of the Goswami family, which also works to take care of the temple.
