Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has now asked Maharashtra to stop the movement of buses. In view of the increasing corona infection day by day in Maharashtra, instructions have been issued to check the movement of buses from Maharashtra from Saturday, 20th March. CM was discussing the status of corona in the state last Thursday through video conferencing with all Commissioner-collectors and dean of Medical College etc. Meanwhile, he said, "the movement of passenger buses from Maharashtra should be banned from March 20.''

He also instructed to make necessary arrangements immediately to bring the state to a position of five lakh doses of covid vaccination per day. In the meantime, he also said, "Corona infection has started spreading in the state. All possible efforts to control this are necessary to start from now. The state also has to be prepared to deal with the toughest situations.'' During the meeting, the chief minister also said, "Masks and proper distance are necessary.''

It was also informed in the meeting that in the last seven days, 1778 in Indore, 1170 in Bhopal, 358 in Jabalpur, 185 in Gwalior, 187 in Ujjain, 162 in Ratlam, 147 in Chhindwara, 130 at Burhanpur, 110 in Betul, and 92 corona positive cases have been filed in Khargone. In the meantime, Bhopal collector Avinash Lavania said, "42 fever clinics are being operated.'' Special emphasis is being given on applying masks. In the last three days, 5000 Challan's have been made and night curfew is being strictly adhered to.
