Bhopal: Well known leaders of BJP met Governor Lalji Tandon and said that the Congress government is in a minority, you should instruct the government that the floor test has been done. The Raj Bhavan is exploring legal possibilities by calling law experts since then. It has been learned that the law experts say that when the governor suspects that the government does not have a majority, it can issue a floor test directive. While the governor should be satisfied that the situation of constitutional crisis has indeed happened, the government has lost majority. BJP leaders are also requesting the governor for videography of floor test. On this occasion, apart from Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Gopal Bhargava, Narottam Mishra, Bhupendra Singh were involved.

Constitutional prerogative of Governor to give floor test: According to the information received, experts of the law say that when the government suspects that the government does not have majority, he can direct the floor test. Where it has been learned that the Governor should be satisfied that the situation of the constitutional crisis has indeed happened, the Government has lost the majority.
