Politics has started in Madhya Pradesh on the NRC and Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Madhya Pradesh Congress has announced a protest against the NRC and CAA. Congress will march on foot throughout the state.

In his statement, Public Relations Minister PC Sharma of Madhya Pradesh government said that on March 25, a foot march will be carried out under the leadership of Chief Minister Kamal Nath. Thousands of people and Congress workers from Bhopal and entire Madhya Pradesh will join the march. PC Sharma said that the constitution of Babasaheb Ambedkar has been tampered with. Tampering with the constitution will not be tolerated. This is the basic mantra of the Congress party. Also, PC Sharma assured that the peace that was made after the Ayodhya verdict will remain in Madhya Pradesh.

Apart from this, Minister Jeetu Patwari said that the constitution of the country is on humanitarian grounds, it is not on caste and religion. The tradition of the country is of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, in which the whole world is considered as one family. But, due to a decision of the Central Government, people have started agitating in the country. Jitu Patwari appealed and said that Modi Ji should not divide the people. Jitu Patwari also appealed to the protesters and said that this country is yours, its property is yours, so you have to take care. If the property is lost in any form, then you do not love your country.
