Madhya Pradesh: Deadline for UG and PG exam form submission extended till May 30

Bhopal: The Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh has extended the last date for filling up the examination forms of undergraduate and post graduate programmes. Students can now submit ug and pg exam forms by May 30. It may be mentioned that students will not be charged any late fee. The decision comes in the wake of the situation arising out of corona infection in the state.

The Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh has also tweeted an official tweet about it. In a tweet, Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav informed that "Due to corona period, many graduate and post graduate students have not been able to submit their examination forms. According to an order issued by the department, students can now appear for the examination by filling the examination form by May 31 without any late fee."

In Madhya Pradesh, the final examination for under graduate first year and second year and post graduate second semester will be held in July. The results of these exams will be announced in August. At the same time, the Higher Education Department had also said that the examinations used for these students would be conducted after the theory examination.  In view of the increasing pace of corona infection in the state, the Department of Higher Education had said on May 4 that examinations for UG and PG students would be conducted in open-book format in June and July.
