Bhopal: Now, in Madhya Pradesh, those injured in road accidents will be treated for free in private hospitals. Kamal Nath government is going to start the road accident insurance scheme soon. Giving information on Friday, Public Relations Minister PC Sharma has informed that the injured people in all private hospitals will get free treatment.

In such cases, the state government will bear the cost of treatment. The plan has been prepared and soon the common people will start benefiting from it. Let us know that till now the injured in the road accident were provided free treatment in government hospitals. According to the information, under the pilot project, this scheme will be started in the first five districts. After better results in Bhopal, Indore, Chhindwara, Satna and Rewa, it will be implemented across the state.

Special efforts will be made between 24 to 46 hours after the accident to save the lives of those injured in the accident. In this, the government will spend 30 to 60 thousand rupees per injured. For this, contracts will be made with big private hospitals of the district. Road accident insurance company will be selected for three years. After this, the tender will be issued again by the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation, the company that will charge the lowest premium in the tender will be selected.
