Jabalpur: Lockdown has been imposed by PM Modi for 21 days all over India. Which now has only one day left. Due to the lockdown, the legal action in the state has been hindered. The work is stopped in Madhya Pradesh High Court since March 24. Last week, the Supreme Court issued guidelines to the high courts across the country to hear the necessary cases through video conferencing. Hearing has also started in many high courts of the country using hi-tech technology. Now the Madhya Pradesh High Court has started preparing to hear important matters through video conferencing.

In his address, Registrar General Rajendra Kumar Vani said that preparations have been started on the instructions of the Chief Justice. Hearing will be started soon on video cases through video conferencing. The High Court administration has also discussed the office of the Advocate General and High Court Bar Association in this regard. Some advocates have submitted an application for online petition and listing of already pending cases, saying it is very important.

Apart from the virus infection, another spokesperson newly appointed Advocate General Purushendra Kaurava said that he too is fully prepared to support the government and will fully support the High Court. He informed that the recently appointed Additional Advocates and Panel Lawyers, who have recently been appointed by the MP Government to present their case in the Supreme Court, will also cooperate in the hearing through video conferencing.
