Unemployed youth and business in the state are expecting a huge investment from this event. Special arrangements have been made for the industrialists coming for this event. After the address of CM Kamal Nath, Chief Secretary Mr. SR Mohanty addressed all the dignitaries present there.

A traditional cultural program was organized in the beginning of this conference. The most prominent attraction of this event was that industrialist Mr. Mukesh Ambani could not come due to his busyness in organizing the event, therefore he addressed everyone through a video conference.
