At the same time, there was speculation that liquor and cannabis shops would be opened before May 3. But on Sunday these speculations have come to a complete halt.

In fact, the Commercial Tax Department has issued an order to close liquor and cannabis shops in the state till 3 May. The Commercial Tax Department has taken this decision as part of the control and rescue efforts on the spread of the National Disaster Corona Virus, along with the Excise Department has been asked to inform all the licensees of the state. During this time, if liquor and cannabis shops are found open in the state, then strict legal action will be taken against the licensee (owners) concerned.

Let us tell you that the state government gets the most revenue from liquor shops. The state government is losing revenue due to the closure of liquor shops for several days.
