Chennai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping will meet in Mahabalipuram in Tamil Nadu at 5 pm today. In Mahabalipuram, tremendous preparations are being made to welcome these two top leaders. The Horticulture Department has decorated a huge gate in a grand way to welcome Modi-Jinping near the Panch Rath in Mahabalipuram. 18 types of vegetables and fruits have been used in its decoration. These fruits and vegetables have been sourced from different areas of Tamil Nadu.

The 200 staff members and trainees of the department together have decorated this gate for more than 10 hours. Chinese President Xi Jinping will arrive at Chennai International Airport at 2.10 pm. The famous traditional dance of Kerala, Chenda Melam will be presented to welcome them here. For this, the Chenda Melam dance artist has reached the airport. Please tell PM Modi has reached Chennai at 11.15 am.
