However a unique case has come to light in Kolhapur. Here 12 people from the same family have been found positive with the coronavirus. They got the infection from the four family members who had gone to Haj. After returning from there, other members of the family have been caught by the Coronavirus.

According to the information, 4 members of this family hailing from Islampur village in Sangli district returned to India after performing Haj. On returning, 4 family members were kept in isolation. After investigation, their corona test report came out positive on 23 March. On 25 March, 5 more family members were tested. All five were also found positive. This was followed by 3 more family members who were found to be infected. In this way, 12 people from the same family were hit by the deadly coronavirus.

Meanwhile, Civil Surgeon Sanjay Salunkhe of Sangli district said that now samples of all the people coming in contact with the family are being taken. The report of all these will come today. Doctors fear that this corona chain may be very long. That is, many people of this village must have been infected by it. Apart from this, the doctors have also isolated all the close relatives of the family.
