New Delhi: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has once again attacked the BJP. In an interview given to Saamna, CM Thackeray has said that if the BJP had kept its promise, today I would have another Shiv Sainik in my place on the CM's chair. CM Thackeray said what would have happened if the promise had been kept. What did I ask for, I did not ask for the moon stars from the sky. Before the Lok Sabha elections, we were demanding based on what was decided between us.

According to media reports, CM Thackeray has said that we were ready to go to any level for the promise given to Balasaheb. He said accepting the post of CM was neither a shock to me nor my dream. With the utmost sincerity, I confess that I wanted to see a member of the Shiv Sena in the post of CM and I had given the same promise to Balasaheb.

Uddhav Thackeray further said that going further than that, I want to clarify one thing that my CM post is a step taken towards pledging. I had already decided to go to any level in mind to take that step. I have to fulfill the promises given to my father and I will.
