Mumbai: Cases of Delta Plus variant of Corona are now coming to light. Every day, some new case is coming up. Meanwhile, the Maharashtra Task Force has warned of a third wave of corona very soon. Recently, he said, "If the rules are not followed, the third wave of corona could occur in the state within two to four weeks." The task force has also said, "The third wave can be quite deadly for children. During this period, 10% of the children may be affected. All these things have also been said during CM Uddhav Thackeray's corona review meeting." CM Uddhav Thackeray held a review meeting on preparations for coronavirus. During the meeting, it has come to light that active cases in the third wave of corona may reach 8 to 10 lakh.

The expert admitted that "10 per cent of children may be affected by the infection during this period. It is also being said that if the corona rules are not strictly followed, the third wave may hit Maharashtra very soon. In fact, the Delta Plus variants of corona are said to be more dangerous than ever. Following a recent warning from the task force, CM Thackeray has directed the medical team and officers to beef up the health system." In addition, instructions have been issued by the CM to doctors to conduct a siro survey.

CM says the sero survey will provide necessary information on corona vaccination and antibodies levels of people. He also said, "There is a need to learn from the previous wave of Corena. During the first wave, there was not enough health system in Maharashtra. There was a lot to learn from the other wave. Now there is a need to be fully prepared for the third wave. The adequacy of beds, medicines and oxygen in hospitals has to be fully ensured."
