Mumbai: Maharashtra's Uddhav government has given a major relief to the people of Mumbai over Dussehra. Mumbai's best bus service has now been allowed to set up passengers with full capacity. However, passengers have been instructed to wear masks to prevent the corona epidemic. The epidemic was caused by a limited number of people so far allowed to travel in the bus.

It may be noted that the best buses had landed on the roads after the lockdown was relaxed. Only then were people concerned with essential services allowed to travel. The best administration had sought permission from the state government to allow them to operate the bus at full capacity.  Earlier, the metro's operation in Mumbai from Monday has also given a major relief to the people. The Mumbai Metro was closed since March due to corona epidemic. Mumbai Metro One Private Limited (MMOPL) had said that it is going to start its service from October 19.

The 11.7 km long metro line in Mumbai travels from 4.5 lakh passengers daily. However, at present, it has been decided to keep the number of passengers low. Mumbai Metro has reduced the number of passengers travelling in metros to 300 in view of corona infection. As per mumbai metro guidelines, metro service is available for passengers from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm. Only 300 passengers are now allowed to travel on a train to follow social dissing.
