According to the report, the Maharashtra government has considered the former police commissioner as a fugitive. At the same time, the Government has taken action and withheld their salaries. The state government is now preparing to take suspension action against Parambir. On the other hand, the Mumbai Crime Branch has filed a petition in the sessions court seeking a non-bailable warrant against Singh. It will be heard on October 29. The crime branch is investigating the charges against Parambir Singh. Earlier, the Mumbai police had summoned him for questioning on October 9, but he neither appeared nor met at his house in Malabar.
