Mumbai: Theresults of the Maharashtra Legislative Council elections are out. Out of the total 10 seats in the Legislative Council, the BJP has five seats in its account, shiv sena and ncp two each and congress one seat. Sachin Ahir and Aamshya Padvi have won from the Shiv Sena. At the same time, Ramraje Nimbalkar and Eknath Khadse have won from the NCP. On the other hand, Prasad Lad, Srikant Bharti, Praveen Darekar, Uma Khapre and Ram Shinde have won from the BJP. Congress candidate Bhai Jagtap has also won.
According to sources, a total of 44 Congress MLAs were present in the Legislative Council but according to the voting, only 41 of them voted giving priority to the Congress. While 3 Congress MLAs have cross-voted.
Who won:-
Shiv Sena's Sachin Ahir, Aamsha Padvi, won. Bjp's Ram Shinde, Srikant Bhartiya, Uma Khapre, Praveen Darekar won. Eknath Khadse of THE NCP, Ramraje Nimbalkar won.
