Mumbai: In the Uddhav Thackeray government of Maharashtra, Minister Vijay Wadettiwar has said that the state government does not have the money to pay the next month's salary to the government employees. On Thursday, he said that in view of the situation, we have to take a loan. Minister Vijay Wadettiwar said that expenses have been cut in all departments other than three to four departments. The condition is caused by the global epidemic coronavirus.

Accusing the central government, Minister Vijay has said that the state government has not been given any fund from the centre. If a leader says that funds have been received, he is betraying the state. However, he said that the state does not have the cash crunch to handle the coronavirus situation. Unlock-2 is currently implemented in the country. However, the state government has extended the lockdown till July in view of the increasing number of corona infected in Maharashtra.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, 5,537 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in the state on Wednesday, after which the total number of infected people has increased to 1,80,298. 198 more people died due to corona infection in one day in the state. After which the total death toll has exceeded eight thousand.
