The body of a famous actor in the Hindi film Mahesh Anand was found in his flat. It is said that for two days his body was lying on the flat. After some time, the postmortem report of Mahesh Anand came out in which the cause of his death was stated to be a natural death. Police also found a liquor bottle near Mahesh's dead body. Mahesh had been in depression for quite some time now. He lived alone and always remembered his son.

On March 13, 2017, Mahesh Anand wrote a post on his accountant, Mashi Anand, that - 'I was called an alcoholic by my friend and everyone else. My half brother has cheated me of Rs 6 crore. I've done more than 300 films. But, I don't have the money to buy water. I don't have a single friend in this world. It's very sad.' Mahesh had also said during an interview that, for the '18 year, no one signed me for the film. I had been living alone for 18 years, there was no work and no money.'

Let me tell you that Mahesh married Miss India Erica D'Souza in the year 1989. He and Erica also have a son Trishul Anand. At the last moment, Mahesh was yearning to meet his son. In a post on March 5, 2017, Mahesh had written- 'My son Trishul, May God make you happy. Hug me once before I die. Love you my life.'

At the same time, Mahesh had shared the song from Akshay Kumar's film Jaanwar on April 10, 2017, and wrote - 'Seeing this song, I cry day and night. Trishul my son I love you very much. I am your real father. I know they have changed your name to Anthony Bohra. Please hug me before I die.' Let me tell you that at the last minute no one reached the hospital to claim his body. However, Mahesh's fifth wife Lana left Russia after which Mahesh's last rites were performed.
