The eight-month-old television program "Main Hoon Aparajita," hosted by Shweta Tiwari, is scheduled to end in June.

Since the TV show's ratings were low, the network has chosen to cancel it. A source connected to the program verified the report, saying, "It's confirmed that the channel decided to axe the show. There has been talk of the program being off the air for about a month. The second week of June will mark the end of the shoot.

When we reached out to actor Manav Gohil - who was preparing for a family trip in the US - he told us, “I’m not certain about it, we have not been told about this decision yet.” Actor Shweta Gulati who plays the negative leads in the show denied the news. She said, “The rumours have been doing the rounds since January. But until we get confirmation, we cannot believe it. We are currently shooting for the show and have an entire month’s story lined up. So I’m not aware of it going off air and I personally don’t think it will.”

Actors Tiwari and showrunner Sukesh Motwani haven't responded to our questions after several attempts.

The actor Manav Gohil, who is also a part of the show, declined to comment when the same media outlet attempted to contact him. I'm not sure about it, we haven't been informed of this decision yet, he remarked. However, the show's negative character, played by actor Shweta Gulati, disputed the reports. The actor stated, "Since January, rumors have been circulating. But we won't believe it unless we get proof. We are presently filming for the program, and we already have a month's worth of material planned. I therefore am unaware of it going off air and I personally don’t think it will.” In the meantime, actors Shweta Tiwari and Sukesh Motwani also did not respond to this development related to the show.

The program debuted in September of last year and is an official remake of the Telugu serial Radhamma Kuthuru. The program was an effort to duplicate Anupamaa's success on a competing network. Additionally, it marked the nearly 20-year reunion of Gohil and Tiwari.
