But in every line of each of his poems, he is still alive. Born in Jhansi, UP in 1886, Maithilisharan Gupta was considered to be the main pillar of vertical dialect. In nearly 60 years, he has composed more than 40 original poetry texts. Cm Yogi Adityanath today tweeted his memory on the death anniversary of the same Maithilisharan Gupta.

It may be recalled that the desire to print his poems in the prestigious monthly magazine of his time 'Saraswati' made him one of the greatest poets in India. He loved writing poems only for the common people in the language of the common people. So he sent his first Brijbhasha poem to Acharya Mahavir Prasad Dwivedi, editor of Saraswati. 'Rasikendra' is written in the surname. However, Dwivedi ji sent him back the poem with a letter. The letter said that poems are not printed in Brijbhasha in Saraswati. Write the language of the common people in a vertical dialect and send a poem. At the same time, Acharya wrote, 'And yes, it was time to become Rasikendra!' Maithili Sharan Gupta repented from Brijbhasha after reading these words written by Acharyaji. At the same time, 'Rasikendra' was removed from his name. Then they started working in vertical bidding. In 1905, his hard work paid off and the poem 'Hemant' was published in 'Saraswati'.
