Patna: Bihar government has made a big administrative change late on Monday evening. Under which 17 IPS officers of the police department have been transferred. According to the released list, the names of officers from ADG to SP rank are present in it.

So far RS Bhatti, a 1990 batch IPS officer who has been Additional Director General of Bihar Military Police, has been appointed as Director-General of Police of this ministry. R Malar Vizhi, a 1995 batch IPS officer, has been appointed Additional Director General of Police (Training). Their posting will be in Patna. MR Nayak has been made Inspector General of Police, Railway Bihar. Their deployment is going to be in Patna.

SPs of 9 districts have been changed: - It is said that the SPs of Saran, Vaishali, Jehanabad, Jamui, Bhojpur, Araria, Aurangabad, Khagaria, Bagaha have been changed.

1. SP of Khagadiya Meenu Kumari has now been made the new SP of Jehanabad.
2. New SP of Araria SP Dhurat Sayali Savalaram Saran has been created.
3. SP Deepak Barnwal of Aurangabad has been made SP Special Branch.
4.SP Special Branch Sudhir Kumar Porika has been made the new SP of Aurangabad.
5. BMP-3 Commandant Pramod Kumar Mandal has been made the new SP of Jamui.
6. SP of Saran Harkishore Rai has been made the new SP of Bhojpur.
7. SP Sushil Kumar of Bhojpur has been made Commandant of BMP-3.
8. Heart Kant has been made SPPO of SDPO Sasaram.
9. A SP of Muzaffarpur, Amitesh Kumar has been made the new SP of Khagaria.
