Malai Kofta is so most people like to eat. But sometimes due to lack of some material while making it, the test does not come to an end, and you wonder what it happened for. But today we are going to tell you a dish that will only test the kofta you make, so let's know....

Kofta Ingredients - 200 g boiled potatoes (mashed), 200 g paneer, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 100 g corn flour, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander, 1/2 tsp green chilli, cashewnuts, oil for frying

Gravy ingredients- 50 ml olive oil, 4 cloves, 1 large cardamom and cinnamon, 3 green cardamom, 3/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste, 150 g onion, 1 tsp and garam masala, 1 tsp red capsicum, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 100 g cashewnuts, 100 g tomato, 50 ml water, 50 ml yogurt, 50ml olive oil, 1 tbsp green chilli, 100ml tomato puree, 100ml water, 50ml fresh cream


1- Mix boiled potatoes, paneer, red chilli powder, corn flour, garam masala, salt, coriander, green chillies etc. well in a bowl.

2- Take a small portion of the prepared mixture and shape it into koftas and fry till golden brown. Then remove it and put it on paper.

3- Now heat olive oil in a pan and add cloves, large cardamom, cinnamon, green cardamom, pepper. Add ginger and garlic paste, onion until these colors are golden.

4- Then add salt, garam masala, red capsicum, teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix. Then add cashewnuts, tomatoes and water and let it cook for 5 minutes. Blend this ingredient until it is well mixed.

5- Now take a pan and add olive oil and fry green chillies, tomato puree. Then add water to the pen and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.

6-Mix fresh cream and fried koftas well in it.

7- Garnish it with coriander after the cream kofta is ready.
