The case that has come up recently is of Sherwaghat in Gosaiganj police station area. Where the incident of rape of a minor teenager has come to light. In this case, the incident of rape happened when the minor teenager was going for defecation. A young man from the village ambushes and raped her by taking her to the toilet at knifepoint. According to the information, the father of the victim has filed a complaint in the police station about this.

On the basis of his complaint, police registered a case against the accused in related sections including the POSCO Act and arrested the accused. This incident is from Sherwaghat village of the Gosaiganj police station area, where the minor went for defecation. Sachin's son Jasraj, who lives in the neighbourhood, came from behind and molested the minor into the toilet.

After the rape, the accused escaped leaving the minor. Later, she somehow reached home and informed her family members. After getting the information about this matter, the relatives were blown away. Police said that after the complaint of rape against the teenager living in the neighbourhood, a case has been registered in the relevant sections and the accused is taken into custody.
