The final decision is taken by the Aam Aadmi party's Political Affairs Committee (PAC) on Wednesday in which Sanjay Singh, Narayan Das Gupta & Sushil Gupta are to be Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Rajya Sabha nominees, Manish Sisodia  announced

A senior party functionary is deep-rooted about city-based chartered accountant N D Gupta and businessman Sushil Gupta's names are weighing up as well as calling attention to that a final decision will be taken by the party's Political Affairs Committee (PAC) on Wednesday.

"There are capable leaders like Ashutosh, Atishi (Marlena), Pankaj Gupta, Meera Sanyal, Ashish Khetan even Raghav Chadha in the party. It is but natural that there will be some heartburn if one name is picked over the others. So nothing can be said for sure even at this point," the AAP functionary said, on condition of secrecy as quoted By Time Now.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia, who returned from the Andamans today following a short break, are expected to meet party MLAs ahead of the PAC meeting.

 Sanjay Singh, Marlena, Ashutosh are full-time members of the PAC whereas Gupta and Chadha are its former -officio members. For now, Gujarat Patidar protest leader Hardik Patel gave a questioning twirl to the concern by openly batting for discontented AAP founder Kumar Vishwas's contention, saying he was best apt to take on "fake nationalists".
