The home ministry also includes additional central assistance of Rs 10 crore for the compensation raised for anti-Sikh riot victims and Rs 300 crore for the Chandrawal water treatment plant in an interim amount to Delhi. State Congress President Sheila Dikshit tweeted on Friday, termed the Union government's budget as disappointing. Dixit said the budget is full of appearances and has nothing for the public.
