Gaya: Former Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi, who got the opportunity to become CM for only 9 months, now has a desire to become CM again. Manjhi expressed his desire in front of the journalists. He said that if he gets the opportunity again, he will not miss the opportunity and will work for the development of Bihar.

On Thursday, Jitan Ram Manjhi was talking to the media at Imamganj in Gaya district. When asked if he would like to become the CM of Bihar again, he agreed to it. Manjhi said that he had got the opportunity to become cm for nine months in 2014, so he did many development works and if he gets the opportunity again, he will do more development work.

In fact, on Wednesday, CM Nitish Kumar launched a zoo safari at Rajgir in his home district of Nalanda. Manjhi was asked by the media that he was also the CM but could not do anything special for his home district Gaya. Manjhi said that the people should understand that Nitish Kumar has been CM and has been ruling for the last 17 years but he got the opportunity to become CM only for nine months. Jitan Ram Manjhi said, "Where are the 17 years and where are the 9 months. What we've done for 9 months has not worked. Nitish Kumar has been working for 17 years. At least one district is developing. Bihar has developed immensely during Nitish Kumar's regime but more development needs to take place. We have never dreamt of becoming CM, nor do we see it, but if we get an opportunity, we will not miss."
