40 kg of cannabis drugs seized in Hyderabad, two arrested

Drug peddlers and cases are everywhere, on Thursday, recently, the enforcement department of the prohibition and excise department arrested two persons on charges of attempting to sell marijuana. 38.5 kg of marijuana and four mobile phones were recovered from the people arrested as Vishal Singh (26) and Dharmender alias Dummu, residents of Lower Dhulpet.

Assistant Excise Superintendent (Enforcement) N. Anji Reddy said, the excise team raided Vishal Singh's house and seized powdered cannabis. In the investigation, it was found that Samad Yakub Pasha, Vishal Singh and others, who live in the drivers colony of Kotagudem, were supplying a ban of Rs 4,000 per kilo. In turn, Singh retail sellers Dharmesh and Ajayraj Singh, Residents of Dhulepet and Krishna Singh alias Rahul of Mangalahat are selling rs.6,000 per kilo on wholesale basis. Anji Reddy said that these accused are selling Rs 100 per 10 grams.

It should be noted that Krishna Singh and Ajayraj Singh were also in custody in the case, and the arrested persons handed over the seized marijuana to Dhulpet Excise for further action. The police are still investigating the case and are trying to find out the main link between this drug supply and other functions so that all chain connections can be found.
