Thursday;July 21, 2016: District administration of Mathura has launched a pilot project further on Janmashtami festivities. The project will consisted diverse steps to make sure hygiene and traffic management in the city.

NC Shukla,who is the District Magistrate said, "It would be a pilot project which will start from the Holigate area of the city and will cover all the historical venues”

Shukla said, “that the focus of the project will be cleanliness, better traffic plan and parking facilities throughout the city"

As DM further adding said, “All the concerned organizations have been informed about the programme and their progress will be reviewed after a month”
