New Delhi: There has been a nationwide debate  over Ahmed Murtaza Abbasi, who attacked PAC personnel deployed in the security of the Gorakhnath temple. Statements from political parties on this issue are also continuing, at the same time, there is also a heated debate on this issue on the TV debate. In a similar vein, during a TV debate, Maulana Ansar Raza attacked the BJP over the issue, saying that the BJP is using Muslims as fodder.

During the TV debate, Maulana Ansar Raza, head of Garib Nawaz Foundation, expressed his views on a range of issues, including the hijab controversy, the violence in Rajasthan and the attack on security personnel at the Gorakhnath temple. During this time, when the anchor referred to the statements of Samajwadi Party (SP)  chief Akhilesh Yadav, SP MP Shafiqur Rahman and questioned Ansar Raza that some people were running communal agenda by putting up a secular flag.

To this, Maulana Ansar Raza replied, "This is the country where people used to mix their clock time with azaan and today there is so much problem with azaan? It takes only 5 minutes in azaan. Do you want to go outside the door of the mosque and incite riots by shouting 'Jai Shri Ram'? You tell the law to remove mike, who is refusing.'' To a question on spreading "bigotry", Ansar Raza replied, "The Constitution of this country has given everyone the right to protest in their own way. At present, Muslims in the country are the fodder that the BJP hunts down the Hindus by showing. I will tell the Hindu brothers of my country that we should stay together, the governments will keep coming and going. We will never leave India.''
