Srinagar: People's Democratic Party (PDP) supremo and former Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti has accused the Central government of detaining herself. Mehbooba Mufti alleged that the claim that everything is normal in Kashmir is fake. She said the Central Government talks about the rights of the Afghan people but does not give rights to the people of Kashmir.

Mehbooba Mufti said, "The Central Government concerns the rights of the Afghan people, but does not deliberately empower the people of Kashmir. I've been under house arrest today. The administration says this has been done because the situation is not good there. It opens up a poll of the government's claim that everything is right.'' Mehbooba Mufti along with her tweet also posted two pictures. It shows a police vehicle parked in front of the gate, while the other picture has a lock on the gate.

Let me tell you that security forces have been on alert in Jammu and Kashmir since the Int'l tenure of separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani. However, the situation is now returning to normal. Police have also reintroduced internet facilities in places other than Srinagar and Bargaon. Internet services may also start in both these places by Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
