Mercedes-Benz, the world's leading vehicle manufacturer, has announced a variety of customer service to help customers in areas affected by floods in Kolhapur, Sangli, Vadodara, Calicut, Kochi and these cities. Mercedes-Benz India has set up a cross-functional task force to help customers whose vehicles have been damaged by floods in these cities and surrounding areas. 

For your information, the cross-functional team is investigating the on-ground situation and preparing a plan for a long time to help customers. Mercedes-Benz India has contributed Rs 48.60 lakh to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for flood relief operations in western Maharashtra, northern Karnataka, and Kerala and surrounding affected areas. Mercedes-Benz India and our dealers in these markets will work to meet any service and insurance-related needs of the affected customers in Kolhapur, Sangli, Vadodara, Northern Karnataka, Calicut and Kochi in the event that it has suffered a lot due to heavy rains and floods. We are ready to help our customers who are already facing problems due to floods, providing towing facilities, spare parts fast supply, fast claim processing, and many other facilities.

According to media reports, the cross-functional task force team of Mercedes-Benz India, DFS India, and Dealer Partners have been involved in customer service, financial services, and technical services to help customers. The team is monitoring the on-ground situation and providing the help and facilities needed for their vehicles to Mercedes-Benz customers. At this time of crisis, we are ready to assist with the government and would like to contribute to relief work as responsible corporate citizens.
