'Arabi Ki kadi' is one of the most delicious Indian dishes which is loved by all. So, today we bring you the amazing recipe of this delicious dish.
material:
Fenugreek greens -------------- 1 bundle of leaves separated
Arabic zucchini and peeled ----- 200 grams
Curd ------------------------ 1 cup
Gram flour ----------------------- 2 tablespoons
Ginger-garlic paste --------- 1 tsp
Two green chili paste
Red chili powder ------------ 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder ----------------- 1/4 tsp
Salt ----------------------- as per taste
Oil ------------------------- 2 Tablespoons
Cloves ------------------------ 4-5
Black pepper powder ----------- 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds ------------------------ 1 tsp
Dry red chili -------------- 3 smashed
Asafoetida ------------------------- a pinch
Method:
1. First put gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 5 cups of water together and whisk it well and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, then add cloves, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chillies and fry till it turns brown.
3.Now add asafoetida and sauté for a minute. Now add arbi to it and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. Now add fenugreek leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
5. Now, mix gram flour once again, then pour it in the pan with arbi and cook it on high flame while stirring continuously. Keep stirring this mixture until it starts boiling. Now cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
6. Serve hot now.
