Just as you make Kuttu and Singhada flour pakoras and Sama rice, in the same way, you can make Chila from it, but you should know the recipe of making Falahari Chila. So let us tell you how this Falahri Cheela is made.
Ingredients to make Falahari Chila
Saman rice - 200 grams (soaked)
Sago - 50 grams (soaked)
Oil - 3-4 tablespoons
Coriander - A little finely chopped
Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Sendha salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Method of making Falahari Chila
To make fruitful Cheela in Navratri, first of all, wash the soaked sago and rice well and drain all the water out of it.
Now put it in a mixer jar and grind it. After grinding in the grinder, its paste will be ready.
After grinding it, take it out in a bowl.
Mix the saman rice-sago paste together in a bowl, then add Sendha salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and mix it well.
Add a little water to it and make the consistency of the batter dropping with a thin spoon. To make this much batter 1 cup of water will be used. Batter is ready to make Falhari Chila.
