SAN FRANCISCO: Microsoft has released a new Windows 11 preview build for Insiders in the Dev Channel.  The new Windows 11 includes an updated version of Task Manager with a new feature for tinkerers, developers, and troubleshooters. With the new feature, users will be able to create live kernel memory dumps directly from the Task Manager app, said Windows Central.

In addition, the Get Help app now offers a new Network Troubleshooting experience.

The outdated, built-in network troubleshooting experience that users have probably seen hundreds of times will be replaced by this new one.

Microsoft said this new experience includes "new APIs" that diagnose issues and offers recommendations to get online, according to the report.

The company also corrected layout problems with the text in the taskbar's search box when using right-to-left display languages like Arabic in the new preview build.

Microsoft, meanwhile, released an update to its Edge browser that adds a small number of improvements and new features, including text prediction.

Anyone who routinely uses the browser should be able to download the update because it's available for the stable version of Edge.

Long-form editable text fields on web sites can receive predictions from the text prediction feature.

The function is currently only available in English in the United States, India, and Australia.
