On Thursday, the Ministry of Civil Aviation converted Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport into a hub for distribution and import of all medical goods related to COVID-19 . An area of 3800 square meters of the airport has been given for this purpose.

From these aircraft, medical equipment including masks, test kits, medicines is being brought to the country. In order to prevent the deadly virus infection, the movement of passengers is stopped at all the airports in the country including Delhi from 25 March.
