BULANDSHAHR:: A 15-year-old teen was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by three minors in a village in Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr district. The 3 accused are absconding and the police are conducting raids to detain them.
In the complaint made by the girl's uncle, it is stated that the event happened on Wednesday while the victim was leaving her home to dispose of cow poo. The accused kidnapped the girl, forced her into an abandoned home in the village, raped her in a group, threatened to murder her if she told anybody about it, and then left the scene.
The family members began searching for the girl when she did not appear after over two hours, according to the authorities. She was discovered in the abandoned home during the search in a partially cognizant state.
The victim was taken to the village's Primary Health Centre, but after her health worsened there, she was sent to the district hospital in Bulandshahr. One of the accused is from a neighbouring location, while the other two all reside in the same area.
The police said that her father, an army officer, has been informed about the incident.
A case of gang rape and another under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act have both been recorded, according to Syana Deputy SP Bhaskar Kumar Mishra. Although they are at large, we are conducting raids to apprehend the offenders. The officer stated that the girl has also been taken for a medical exam, following which her statement will be recorded.
