During the inauguration, Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, and several leaders and workers of the Bihar Grand Alliance were present.

Addressing the gathering, Misa Bharti launched a scathing attack on the BJP and the Modi government, accusing them of failing the youth. She criticized the government for bringing in policies that lead to unemployment among the youth, forcing them to stay at home after a few years of work. Misa Bharti questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal for another chance at the age of 75, stating that he hasn't presented any clear plans for the next five years. She also challenged PM Modi, asking what he has done for Bihar.

She expressed confidence that the people of Bihar have seen through this tactic and are ready for a change, indicating an inevitable defeat for the BJP in the upcoming elections.
