Modi's second address in UP took a start with huge crowd at Aligarh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started his address at Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh. PM's address included various issue related to demonetization and government functionalities.
It is the 
second address of PM Modi ahead of the first phase of elections polls in Uttar Pradesh.

Bharatiya Janata Party will continue the rally in various series, which will be headed by PM Modi, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Party President Amit Shah and Home Minister Rajnath Singh.

During the address in Aligarh, PM Modi talked about his past. PM said, "Last time I came on these grounds in 2014, the crowds didn’t even fill half of it. Today, I see a sea of saffron here."

While talking about the development of Aligarh, Modi said, "People want change in UP, people want justice in UP. BJP is fighting especially for the women, small businessmen and farmers."
