Ayodhya: The design of the mosque to be built in Dhanipur, Ayodhya has been released by the Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation of the Sunni Central Waqf Board. The construction of the mosque is going to start on 26 January. The special thing about this mosque to be built in Dhanipur of Ayodhya will be that there will be no dome in it.

The mosque, built on five acres, will have a museum, library and community kitchen. There will also be a hospital with a capacity of 300 beds in the mosque complex. The mosque is designed by Professor MM Akhtar. Akhtar is a teacher of the Department of Architects at Jamia Millia Islamia University. In the meeting held for the construction of the mosque, it was decided that the mosque will not be named after any king.

A dargah named Pir Shah Gada Shah exists on 5 acres of land acquired by the Sunni Waqf Board. Where people from all religions and sects go. The village head of Dhannipur, Rakesh Yadav said that there is a lot of enthusiasm among the people to build such a big mosque in the village. Yadav further said that the population of the village is about 1300. People here have always maintained mutual communal harmony. The decision to build a hospital in the mosque complex will help the local residents a lot.
