This forum organizes an open court for electricity users in every city. Therefore, the Commission has directed that the Forum should increase its scope to the maximum number of electricity users. Due to which the forum is now going to go among people at all circle and division levels. They will provide information about the functioning and importance of this forum by setting up contacts with ward councillors and resident welfare associations in sarpanches and panch districts. So that consumers can use this platform to troubleshoot their electricity-related problems.
Be aware that in 3 months, how the forum has strengthened its functioning and increased its reach to the public. How many electricity users' problems reached the forum. Out of these problems, how many problems were solved? The forum is about to send its quarterly report to the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission on other points. After which the Commission is going to review the work of the Forum.
